Shareholder Benefit Program

As announced in the "Notice Regarding Discontinuation of Shareholder Benefit Program," dated July 28, 2023, we have decided to discontinue the Shareholder Benefit Program (QUO Card for ¥3,000 for all eligible shareholders) with the commencement of dividend payments.

We have decided to discontinue the Shareholder Benefit Program, with the benefits provided to shareholders registered on the shareholder registry as of September 30, 2022 that held at least one trading unit (100 shares) of the Company's stock being the last.

We will not provide benefits under the Shareholder Benefit Program in the fiscal year ending September 30, 2023.
