The Shared use of personal information by the Small and Medium Enterprise Agency, M&A Advisors Association, and other public institutions, are stipulated separately on this page.

1. Scope of Shared user
M&A Advisors Association, as well as members* participating in the system as stipulated in the Regulations concerning the sharing of information of specified businesses by the association.
*The members are listed in the "List of members using the specified business list" on the following website.
2. Personal data subject to shared use
Name, address, birthday, gender, phone number, email address, employer information, M&A transactions and their execution status, and other information that can identify specific individuals.
3. Purpose of shared use
- Actions based on the regulations regarding the sharing of information on specified businesses as defined by M&A Advisors Association.
- Transactional decisions using the "Specified business list" as stipulated in the same regulations.
